As part of Charles Campbell College’s PGL programme, Brainstorm Productions will be presenting their student wellbeing program ‘The Hurting Game’ forYears 7-9 on the 5th of April.
The Hurting Game is a daring look at the hurtful games we sometimes play to give ourselves a false sense of power and belonging. This is an entertaining way to promote discussion about friendship, peer pressure, bullying, body image, digital reputation and the way we interact at school and online. The program aims to inspire students to develop healthier and happier relationships, both online and in the real world. The Hurting Game is part of our student wellbeing curriculum and the program has been developed in consultation with teachers, psychologists, as well as real-life student experiences. The methodology of the program is safe, supportive and nonjudgmental and designed to provide students with positive and useful tools that they can use in their everyday lives.
