Performing Arts Academy Audition Information
Audition Structure
Auditions are held twice a year and consist of two parts: a performance and an interview. Performance Music: Applicants are to perform a prepared piece on the instrument of their choice. This includes voice. Students are requested to bring their own instrument (if applicable) or a backing track on USB and copies of their music. Drama: Applicants will be asked to perform a cold reading of a script that will be given to them on the day. They will also be led through improvisation activities. Dance. Applicants will be taken through a contemporary dance class. Interview Applicants will meet with the Arts teachers to discuss their interest, experience and commitment to the Performing Arts. |

Performing Arts Academy Cost
Participation in the Performing Arts Academy allows students to access additional and accelerated learning experiences. Costs involved with these opportunities, excursions and incursions is invoiced as they occur throughout the school year.
