School Fees- Materials and Services
The Charles Campbell College Governing Council approved the 2025 Materials and Services Charges:
Years Reception to 6: $450.00
Years 7 to 12: $900.00
In 2024 the Governing Council successfully conducted a poll that determined that the 2025 M&S charges for years 7-12 are legally recoverable. Payments and/or school card grant applications and/or payment by instalment arrangements must be completed by 28 February 2025.
2025 MATERIALS AND SERVICES REBATE
In 2025 the State Government has provided a $200 rebate for each eligible student. A credit note of $200 will be raised and applied to the 2025 Materials and Services fees at payment.
IN PERSON
College reception is located adjacent the school crossing. Reception is open for EFTPOS, cash payments and enquiries between 8.00am to 4.00pm during school terms.
INSTALMENTS
A Direct Debit Instalment plan is included in your welcome pack at the beginning of the year. You can nominate to have your fees directly debited in instalments from your bank account or credit card, fortnightly or monthly. For alternative arrangements please contact the Finance Manager on 8165 4700.
CREDIT CARD
Complete the details requested in the section within the Invoice for credit card payments and return to Charles Campbell College. You may also telephone the College on 8165 4700 with your credit card details.
SCHOOL CARD GRANT
The School Card Grant is available for the purpose of paying Materials and Services Charges for eligible families. Assessment for eligibility is dependent on your family taxable income for the prior financial year. A new School Card application must be completed for every child in your family at Charles Campbell College and lodged each year. We encourage you to lodge this online at the following link: www.sa.gov.au/education/schoolcard. Information about the application process can also be obtained at this link or by phoning 1800 672 758. We provide a computer and assistance at School Reception for families who may not have access to the internet at home. Alternatively please collect an application from College Reception to complete and return. The gap between the prescribed Materials and Services Charge and the school card grant is not compulsory for successful applicants. Please advise the College whether you intend to pay the gap.
CENTREPAY
Centrepay is available for regular deductions from your Centrelink payments. Centrepay is a voluntary and easy payment option available to Centrelink customers. Go to humanservices.gov.au/Centrepay for more information to set up Centrepay deductions.
